This notification is to announce the POEMS update in reflection of S&EP Leaflet 18/2023 Delivering Sound Environmental Performance in DE&S Acquisition.  Some guidance in the POEMS EMP01 to 09 [1] has been amended in reference to environmental outcomes and to formal environmental responsibilities.
