This notification is to announce the update of S&EP Leaflet 17/2023 – Delegated Acquisition Safety Responsibilities in DE&S  to Version 2.0 [1].

A review has been completed and changes to the leaflet include:

• Rule 2 waiver requirements update;
• Rule 16 guidance update to incorporate service provider requirements;
• Introduction of the Senior Responsible Owner (SRO) Taxonomy in accordance with JSP 376;
• Removal of all environmental protection/impact references as a result of release of S&EP Leaflet 18/2023;
• Review and update of Artefacts originally required to support archived SEB 003 to align with S&EP Leaflet 17/2023.
