GMP00 has been updated to include the new S&EP Leaflet 14/2019 - System Safety Risk Management. The leaflet is currently under final review and will be released formally under the cover of a SEB in the coming weeks.
'Part 1 - An Introduction to Sustainable Procurement in DE&S' in Supporting Documents has recieved an update. The update enhances the presentational aspect of the document to include diagrams and photographs.
As part of the recent development of ASEMS, QSEP has been investigating embedding Sustainable Procurement (SP) principles more effectively within DE&S procurement activities. This has resulted in the introduction of a new SP Toolkit for Delivery Teams together with supporting guidance. The tool kit is intended to provide a proportionate and relevant approach for Delivery Teams to manage SP during the acquisition lifecycle.
An introduction to Environmental Management in the MOD Acquisition Process (Green Book) and An Introduction to Systems Safety Management in the MOD Acquisition Process (White Book) have both been updated for a 2018 release. They are included on the ASEMS website under supporting documentation.

From the 9th January 2017 previous versions of ASEMS will be deprecated but still available for a short period of time on the Defence Gateway (registration required) within the Acquisition Systems Guidance (ASG) section for Safety & Environmental Protection

JSP 430 MOD Ship Safety Management has been partially replaced by DSA02-DMR – MOD Shipping Regulations for Safety and Environmental Protection. ASEMS may therefore contain references to both JSP430 and DSA02-DMR until JSP430 is completely superceded.
